For countries with reduced income, reduced fees will be considered (for private participation only - no related to any funded project). Important notes:

Author registration and payment should be completed before 10 May 2021 in order for the manuscript to be included in the MOCAST 2021 Proceedings. Only accepted and presented papers will be included in Conference proceedings. REMEMBER: a signed IEEE Copyright Form is needed for each paper (you can find it in the PAPER SUBMISSION area). Also, you have to check the final version of your paper with IEEE PDF eXpress.

Each paper must be accompanied by one Author Registration (e.g. 200 Euros for IEEE members). Any extra paper presentation (up to two), presented by the same author, costs 100 Euros. For the 4th paper presentation you need an additional full Author Registration.

Author registration includes: paper presentation, entrance to all Sessions, access to conference light lunches and Coffee/Tea refreshments, Distributed material, Certificate of Attendance.

Participant and Student registration includes: entrance to all Sessions, access to conference light lunches and Coffee/Tea refreshments, Certificate of Attendance

Conference material includes the conference proceedings and other distributed material

Participation to Conference Dinner requires exclusive registration

In case you pay by bank transfer and an invoice is to be issued please fill in and send at the above email address the Invoice Request Form. In case of on line registration this is not needed, because you will be asked properly.

3. Cash payment

The payment by cash (Euros) can be done in the Section of Electronics & Computers of the Department of Physics, 1st floor of School of Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (morning hours) and during the conference at the conference place. For Greek participants the ΑΦΜ number and ΔΟΥ (if there is) is needed.
